The Nordson ASYMTEK DV-7000 Heli-Flow pump is an encoded auger
dispensing pump with a floating-head design. It is engineered for
fast, repeatable dispensing of small and precise fluid dots in
electronics manufacturing and semiconductor assembly applications.

The DV-7000 supports interchangeable cartridge configurations,
including luer-lock and footed-needle designs. Its hardened auger is
suitable for compatible filled epoxy materials, while the
quick-release cartridge mechanism simplifies cleaning and fluid
changeover.

Cartridge Compatibility

DV-7000 cartridges are available in different screw, clearance and
needle configurations. Some cartridges are interchangeable with
DV-8000 and DV-8000C Heli-Flow pumps; however, footed cartridges are
intended specifically for the DV-7000 platform.

be supplied separately or as part of a complete assembly. Please
