Terms of Service

These terms explain how we provide SMT and PCBA equipment spare parts, product identification support, quotations, orders, and international delivery services.

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you, the customer, and our Shenzhen-based company, referred to as "we," "us," or "our." They apply to your access to our website, product information, quotation process, sales communications, and purchase of SMT and PCBA equipment spare parts.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or proceed with an order. Additional terms shown on a written quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order, or shipping document may apply to a specific transaction.

Our services

We supply spare parts and related components for SMT and PCBA production equipment. Our product range may include parts for dispensing machines, dispensing systems, reflow ovens, wave soldering machines, solder paste printers, stencil printers, and other production equipment.

Our support may include technical product identification, compatibility review, quotation preparation, order coordination, packaging, and international shipment arrangement. The availability of any service depends on the product, information provided, destination, and agreed transaction terms.

Identification support

Share a part number, machine model, nameplate, dimensions, or clear product photos for review.

Flexible supply

We support practical order quantities subject to stock, supplier availability, and the agreed quotation.

Product names, photographs, specifications, part numbers, compatibility information, stock status, and lead times are provided for general identification and purchasing assistance. Details may change without notice and may not represent the latest available configuration.

Equipment brands and model names are used for compatibility reference only. Unless expressly stated in writing, we are not the original equipment manufacturer and do not claim affiliation with any referenced brand.

Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is suitable for their equipment and application. We encourage customers to provide complete and accurate technical information before ordering. A quotation or compatibility suggestion does not replace the customer's own technical verification.

Commercial process

Quotes and order confirmation

A request for quotation is not an order and does not create a binding obligation to supply. Quotations are subject to product availability, supplier confirmation, pricing changes, and verification of the requested specifications.

An order becomes accepted only when we provide written confirmation, receive the required payment or deposit where applicable, and confirm the final product, quantity, price, shipping method, and delivery terms.

Customers must review all information in the quotation or proforma invoice before payment. Any requested changes should be submitted in writing and are subject to our approval.

Payment terms

Pricing and payment

Prices, currencies, taxes, bank charges, minimum order quantities, and payment requirements will be stated in the applicable quotation or proforma invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, prices do not include import duties, customs charges, local taxes, or destination handling fees.

Payment must be made using the method and within the period specified in the written order documents. We may delay production, procurement, or shipment until cleared funds are received.

If payment is overdue, we may suspend the order, revise the delivery schedule, or cancel the transaction subject to applicable law and the agreed commercial terms.

Delivery

Shipping and delivery

Estimated lead times are provided in good faith and may be affected by stock status, supplier production, quality checks, public holidays, customs processing, courier capacity, or events outside our reasonable control.

Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for providing accurate consignee, delivery, tax, and customs information. The customer is also responsible for import clearance, duties, tariffs, and destination-country compliance requirements.

Customers should inspect packages promptly after delivery and notify us of visible damage, shortages, or incorrect items with supporting photographs and shipment details.

After-sales

Returns, defects, and claims

Returns are not automatic and must be approved in writing before shipment. A return request should include the order number, part number, reason for the request, photographs, and any relevant testing information.

Custom-ordered, modified, installed, used, damaged, or incorrectly stored products may not be eligible for return. Return shipping costs and any restocking or inspection charges will depend on the circumstances and the agreed order terms.

If a product is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly supplied, our remedy may include replacement, repair, credit, or refund, as appropriate and subject to the transaction documents and applicable law.

Important limitations

Use, liability, and force majeure

Products must be installed, operated, and maintained by suitably qualified personnel in accordance with the applicable equipment manufacturer's instructions and safety requirements. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, unsuitable storage, or operation outside the intended specification.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including production stoppage, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business arising from a product or delayed delivery.

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, sanctions, government action, transportation disruption, labor disputes, power interruptions, or supplier failure.

Information submitted to us

When you submit an inquiry, you should provide information that is accurate and necessary for quotation, product identification, delivery, and customer support. Do not send confidential information unless it is required for your request and you are authorized to share it.

We may use submitted information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, arrange delivery, provide after-sales support, and maintain business records. Any personal information will be handled in accordance with our applicable privacy practices.
